Group Sessions

2-hour small group sessions weekly
Small group size averaging between 8-10 participants.
Groups are a variety of process and coping skills, as well as inclusive of DBT, Mindfulness and Recovery as well as additional topics.

Medicine Management

Thorough evaluation and assessment
Staff psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner to assess clients
Specialized aspects of mental health to optimize medication and therapeutic interventions

Family Sessions

Family sessions are conducted as needed according to individual plan
Focus on your unique family structure and
Improve communication, set goals, establish paths to resolve conflict
